App Rank Tracker ("we", "our", or "the App") is built with a strict privacy-first philosophy. We believe your developer analytics and research should remain strictly confidential.

1. Information We Do Not Collect:
- We do not collect, store, or transmit any Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
- We do not use third-party analytics, tracking SDKs, or advertising frameworks.
- We do not require account registration or sign-in.

2. On-Device Local Data Storage:
- Your watchlists, custom search filter presets, rank history snapshots, and app preferences (such as theme and language) are stored exclusively on your local device using standard iOS sandboxed storage (UserDefaults).
- Exported JSON files are generated on-demand and stored only in your chosen destination.

3. Network Communications:
- The App communicates directly with public Apple RSS Feeds and the iTunes Search API solely to retrieve live chart data, app metadata, and screenshot assets requested by the user.
