Welcome to CarRadio.

By downloading, installing, or using CarRadio (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

1. About CarRadio

CarRadio is an audio player for iPhone that allows users to:

• Listen to public podcast RSS feeds.
• Play Internet radio streams.
• Play personal audio files.
• Access audio stored in supported cloud storage services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, and iCloud Drive (where supported).
• Use Apple CarPlay for a safer in-car listening experience.

CarRadio is intended for personal use only.

2. User Content

All audio files, playlists, stream URLs, and podcast subscriptions belong to their respective owners.

When connecting your cloud storage account, CarRadio only accesses the files and folders that you authorize. You remain solely responsible for all content you access, store, or play through the App.

3. Google Drive and Other Cloud Services

If you choose to connect Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or other supported cloud providers:

• You authorize CarRadio to access only the data required to provide the requested functionality.
• CarRadio does not upload, modify, or delete your files without your action.
• Authentication is handled securely using the official authorization services provided by each platform.

You may revoke access at any time through your cloud provider’s account settings.

4. Third-Party Services

CarRadio integrates with third-party services including but not limited to:

• Google Drive
• Dropbox
• Microsoft OneDrive
• Apple iCloud Drive
• Public Podcast RSS feeds

These services operate under their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. CarRadio is not responsible for their availability, content, or policies.

5. Intellectual Property

CarRadio does not claim ownership of any podcast, radio stream, music, artwork, or other media accessed through the App.

All trademarks, logos, and copyrights belong to their respective owners.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes.
• Circumvent copyright protections.
• Distribute copyrighted content without authorization.
• Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the App.

7. Availability

We strive to keep CarRadio available and reliable. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Features may change, be updated, or be discontinued without prior notice.

8. Disclaimer

CarRadio is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability of podcasts or radio streams.
• Availability of third-party cloud services.
• Compatibility with all devices or operating system versions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarRadio and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
